RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange your hair extensions within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all refunds and exchanges. A 10% restocking fee also applies to all cancelled orders regardless of whether the order is cancelled prior to sending or not.
All hair extensions are sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks they are satisfied with the hair extensions BEFORE removing the warranty tag and hair bands/ties. Once the warranty tag and hair bands/ties are removed, the hair extensions are NOT eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note you can remove the hair extensions from the clear protective bag to review the colour and quality, however we cannot accept returns if the hair extensions:
· Have been applied to the wearer
· Have been washed, cut, styled, coloured or tampered with
· The warranty seal and hair bands/ties have been removed
· Are not in their original packaging
What items are non-returnable or exchangeable?
We do not offer a refund or exchange on hair products or tape removal and application kits, unless items are faulty. Postage costs, final sale, free gifts and promotional items are not returnable or refundable.
How do I submit a return or exchange?
Click here to go to our online returns portal. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange. You will get a confirmation email once the return or exchange request is approved. For exchanges the original shipping address used for your order will be the default shipping address used. Please contact us if you would like to change this address. If the product you are exchanging to cost more than your original purchase, we will contact you.
How should I return my item?
You are responsible for the charges of returning an item. For our Australian customers, we recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel. This postage method provides a tracking number which is important as we cannot be responsible for any lost returns.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
